Work with a personal trainer at our Pasadena studio:

Our personal trainers tailor each fitness program to your individual needs based on age, physical shape and life style. Our personal trainers will build your program with safety, knowledge and experience and gradually increase your fitness level one step at a time.

Pricing for sessions with a certified personal trainer:

All our personal training sessions are one hour.

$70 – for one private session, when bought one at a time.
$85 – one private session with Carina Weston as a trainer, when bought one at a time
$65 – 10 private sessions are $650.00 (that is $65 per private session when you buy 10 in advance).
$45 – train with a partner (2 people) and pay $450.00 each for 10 sessions (that is $45 per person, per session, when you buy 10 in advance).
$30 – train with 3 or 4 other clients in a small group and pay $300.00 for 10 classes (that is $30 per person in the group session, when you buy 10 in advance).

Equipped with the best and the newest fitness equipment and technology out there, we have everything from different kind of cardio equipment, dumbells, kettlebells, machines, ropes, free motion cable cross, plyo boxes, jc bands, sandbag, medicine balls, slide board, barbells, true stretch cage, tubing, balls, core boards, balance boards, bodybars, body blades, val slides, trx, cable cross and boxing equipment.

OPTIONS: You can choose personal training as a one-on-one service with one of our experienced trainers or choose to train in a partner session with your friend. Either way you will receive plenty of attention towards your goals. We also offer budget friendly semi-personal training in a small group setting.
