Health Tip:
Have you been diagnosed with TMJ Syndrome?  Are you having jaw pain or clicking?  Do you grind or clench your teeth at night?  Try opening your mouth WIDE and move your jaw to the right for 10 seconds, then to the left for 10 seconds.  Repeat 3 times, then add a little pressure with your hand to each side, for 3 more times each side.  This simple exercise can be done at work, at home or in the car (without the hand added, of course).  If that doesn’t work, try some Myofascial Release.

Did you know....Getting too many or too few hours of sleep could lead to weight GAIN? Recently published research out of Canada, based on a 6 year study, found that there's a sleep "sweet spot" of about 7 to 8 hours per night. Any more or less could lead to unhealthy weight gain. So, if you've hit a weight-loss plateau, make sure you're tracking your sleep time and not just your calorie intake!

Quick Tip... Go to bed and wake-up the same time every day. This will keep your body clock in check.
