Health Tip: When you fold your pillow in half, does it open back up on it's own? If so, it's probably still good. If it doesn't it is time to go shopping for a new pillow! Replacing your pillow every 1-2 years can help make sure your head, neck and shoulders get the support they need in order to sleep comfortably. Neck support pillows (pre-shaped) can also provide more support for your neck if you are a side sleeper.

The best thing you can do for your feet is to break in new shoes before sporting them on the town. Wearing your shoes around the house in wet socks will get them ready in no time. The dampness in your socks will soften the shoe fabric and help mold the shoes to the shape of your feet. |
