  Coffee is good for your brain.

    There have been enough studies performed that we can say that drinking twenty-four ounces of coffee a day decreases your risk of Parkinson's disease by 40 percent and your risk of Alzheimer's disease by about 20 percent. Why? We're not quite sure, except to say that it appears that caffeine has a beneficial impact on neurotransmitters. The effect of caffeine is substantial (whether it's in coffee, tea, or low-calorie soft drinks). It can help you live three to six months younger. Warning: For some people, too much caffeine causes irregular heartbeats, difficulty with diabetes and anxiety.
