We offer personal training and Pilates. Choose from one-on-one sessions or our lower priced small group sessions (with just 3 or 4 other clients, for just $30 a session!). Regardless of which you choose, your program is always customized to you and your needs.

Therapeutic Massage – we specialize in Myofascial Release (MFR). Used by physical therapists to help a wide range of ailments including, neck pain, back pain, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, bad knees, knots in muscles, chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and sport injuries.
Acupuncture – can be used to treat any sort of pain, whether headache, backache, neck pain, anxiety, stress, or gastrointestinal disorders; acupuncture can even help you quit smoking or lose weight.
Nutrition & Weight Loss Counseling – we create an individualized program to help you commit to a life style change to healthy eating.
Events – meet new friends and stay active by participating in our community events and outdoor adventures!
